Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. We also collect credit card details when voluntarily submitted by our customers. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific online request.

Use of Information
We use your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested. We may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from our Lavaspot and its affiliates. We may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

DELIVERY POLICY

LavaCard Orders can be placed via phone, email and fax. We only deliver orders to our Lavaspot access point.

How Long it takes?

Delievery of orders via phone is dispatched by courier on the same day of order provided that there's prior arrangement. Delivery only operates from Monday to Friday within working hours (8:30 - 4:30pm). Orders made on Saturday can be picked-up by customers from our office (SLAC Caf'e )with prior arrangement(9-12pm).

Cost of Service
Delivery to Lavaspot access points(affiliates) is free of charge.

Online Purchase
All our item costs on this website are in Samoan currency (WST). Payments are incorporated with e-commerce acquirer(bank) and guarantee no deducation for delievery/service from our customers' account.

REFUND POLICY
Customer can file a "Refund Claim" to our Lavaspot Helpdesk via phone or email.

Online Purchase Refund

Products purchased online may be refunded for a full credit, provided that the customer submitted a "Refund Claim Form". All Claims for Refund will be processed by the Lavaspot Team within 3 working days

Terms and Conditions

We only provide refunds after our Lavaspot Team investage a customer's complaint. Refunds can be made only if proven that our product (LavaCards) was not valid for use, or a fault on our system was the cause of the problem. We will match original purchase/complete transaction details to transfer (refunds) money to the (cardholder) customer's account.

CONTRACT POLICY
We define an Agreement document with our customer to promote accurate and reliable reference.
Customer must agree to follow procedures or any acquired policy before signing the Contract.
